<p>But do you know that there foods that will help you reduce your food cravings?</p>
<p>Examples of these are the pine nuts and almonds. since they contain high level of protein, nuts can make your stomach feel full. Having these as your snacks or consuming nuts before meal reduces your food intake.</p>
<p>Another way to curb down your craving is by drinking green tea. Green tea contains certain properties that suppresses the drinker’s appetite as well as charge up the metabolism for faster burning of calories.</p>
<p>Water is another natural appetite and cravings suppressant. Drinking water is a great way in making your stomach feel full without the risk of calories.</p>
<p>Used by the indigenous Bushmen of Africa, Hoodia Gordonii cactus is now widely used as an ingredient for diet pills like Unique Hoodia. This type of plant contains appetite suppressing property of which the African natives use when they are doing long hunting trips on the desert.</p>
