im 14 i want to become a WWE Diva when im older what sort of foods should i eat and how many calories a day , also what exercises can i do in my home own and running , etc how many stomach crunches , squarts , how may times a day ?? please people i need loads of advice to help me ???

Hey, I’m 16 and I really want to be a WWE Diva too. I am also trying to get the right figure to become one. I just eat healthy, like salads and fruits but also do exercise. I go on bike rides and go on my trampoline aswell as doing stomach crunches and press ups. The exercise will tone you up and healthy eating will make your body healthy and burn some of the fat so that when you are exercising you are not storing all the fat and toning it but you are losing some whilst toning.
